Owners Terry Greene and Steve Lissberger had the idea of building an RV park with a community feel. Through experience in travel, camping and living in RV parks throughout the country, we gained knowledge on how to make the park the best it could be.  When we came across this property that included one hundred year old trees, we knew we had found a diamond in the rough location to build on. You will find each site to have its own unique character as we did not follow the typical cookie cutter layout of sites.  Even with the additional trees, views and unique sites, we remain competitive with north Texas and are able to offer competitive pricing for ideal sites.  The park is ever evolving and improving.  We want your stay with us to be a positive experience.  If there is anything we can do to accomplish that goal, please let us know!
